Using PokeNotes
You may use PokeNotes for personal battle planning and practice. You are responsible for your account, submitted content, and compliance with applicable laws. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
Accuracy and availability
Battle calculations, AI choices, Pokémon data, and recommendations are provided for planning and may contain errors or differ from game behavior. The service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of continuous availability. Features and storage limits may change as the service develops.
Your content
You retain ownership of original notes and team configurations you create. You grant PokeNotes the rights needed to store, synchronize, display, and process that content. Solutions, attached boards or Battle Challenge replays, and comments you submit to Community Solutions are public. Do not post harassment, illegal content, personal information, spam, or content you do not have permission to share. PokeNotes may remove community content or restrict accounts to protect the service and its users.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Accounts may be restricted or removed when necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or substantial violations of these terms.
Intellectual property notice
PokeNotes is an independent fan-made tool. Pokémon and related names, characters, artwork, and marks belong to their respective owners. PokeNotes is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or The Pokémon Company.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PokeNotes and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
